SHIPPING CHARGE All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $9.99, regardless of order size.
ORDER CUT OFF TIME AND TIME ZONE Order cut off time is 8:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time, Chicago).
ORDER HANDLING TIME Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
ORDER TRANSIT TIME Order Transit Time: 5 to 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME 6 to 13 business days from the date the order is placed, based on the order cutoff time, handling time, and transit time above.
DELIVERY TERMS We use USPS to deliver products.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@hypedeffects.com.
CANCELLATIONS If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service team.
